Andrea Kelly is the Finance Manager at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law Center for Public Health Law Research. Ms. Kelly manages the financial portfolio for the center. In doing so, she manages the overall center’s budget along with the pre-award and post-award financial responsibilities of the center’s grants and contracts.
Before starting her position at Temple University, Ms. Kelly was a Grant and Contract Financial Administrator at the University of Pennsylvania. She managed a portfolio of grants from multiple schools and centers within the university in post-award responsibilities. She has over ten years of accounting experience with six years of experience working in various accounting and finance positions in higher education. During her time at the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Kelly attended their graduate program in Organizational Dynamics in Leadership.
